"Wasted two years of my life trying to get statefarm to honor a claim. Worst customer experience of my life. If you have statefarm you're not insured. Like a bad neighbor statefarm doesn't care."

Our office did not insure your car when the claim occurred and we did not have any involvement in your interactions with the claims department. I’m not certain how we can help, but if you would like for us to have State Farm reopen the claim to review additional information, we are happy to do so!"

"We changed insurance companies a year ago and we're so glad we did. We had been with another insurance company for over a decade; Ultimately when we needed them most they let us down. Now we're getting better coverage for a better price, and guidance along the way. Just recently I called in for guidance on what we needed for a car rental while traveling out of the country, as well as how we should temporarily cover an extra car before a sale. Harlan Sndyer was very helpful. He told me that he'd touch base after our travel was complete to remove an extra rider in case I forgot to call in. Guess what? I forgot and he called!!! That's the kind of service you don't get anymore."

"I like State Farm because the honor their obligations. I like this office. Franchesca recently reached out to update my insurance. I had underinsured my home and we went over that. I don't like needing insurance, but you have to have it. It's good to have the coverage you need from a company that pays. Update - 10/17/2025 - Do not count on State Farm. I paid my bill for over 15 year on time and in full. During my over 15 years as a customer, I filed 2 or 3 claims for Flood damage and Hail damage. The State Farm adjuster came and agreed with each claim. After the Hail Damage claim, State Farm said they would no longer cover me. They said I had filed too many claims, although nowhere in my policy was there any mention of a maximum number of claims. Not only did State Farm decide not to cover me anymore, they also put my name on a "unsafe to cover" list and distributed it to all other insurance companies. This mean that not only did I not have insurance anymore I was going to have a VERY hard time getting anyone else to insure me. Jenifer Paris did nothing. STAY AWAY FROM STATE FARM. Update 03/05/2026 A year later and the damage that Jennifer Paris and State Farm have done to my life is still ongoing. I cannot get insurance for my house because of the blacklist that Jennifer Paris and State Farm put me on. The only thing I did wrong was to use my insurance as it was intended to be used. I paid my bills on time for over 15 years but because I used my insurance when things went bad for me well that was too much for Jennifer Paris, and State Farm. Definitely do not get any insurance from Jennifer, Paris, or State Farm. If you use it, they will actually blacklist you so you cannot get insurance from other people. In my opinion, this ought to be against the law."
